Problem Synopsis:
Not able to establish connection.
 
Cause:
User authentication configuration mismatch.
 
For example,
User authentication is disabled at the local end while it is enabled at the remote end.
 
Resolution:
To establish connection, you need to either enable or disable authentication at both the ends.
 
Change the User authentication configuration at either of the ends and try to establish the connection again.
