Why are incoming/outgoing Emails in my network being blocked? Failover to a VPN Link when the primary MPLS Link goes down is not working. What do I do? I have configured an MPLS Link as backup to VPN Link. Although my VPN link is up, the traffic passes through the MPLS Link. Why?   The network traffic fails over to a VPN Link when the primary MPLS Link goes down. But, failback to the MPLS Link is not taking place. What can be the problem?  When NTLM Authentication is used, sometimes a user’s Machine Name is displayed in Cyberoam’s Live Users list rather than their username. Why is that?
