How do I report a false negative, i.e., uncaught spam mail?

Applicable Version: 10.00 onwards

If Cyberoam does not identify a mail as Spam, i.e., false negative, forward such mails as attachments to spammails@cyberoam.com.

Depending upon your Email Client, follow the steps given below to send false negatives as Attachments:

Microsoft Outlook Express: Right-click the spam mail and select the option "Forward as attachment."

Microsoft Outlook:

-         To forward multiple mails in one email, highlight all the messages and click 'forward.' This automatically includes all the messages
as attachments.
-         To forward a single mail, create a new email, select the mail you wish to forward and drag it into the body of the mail you just created.
This attaches the dragged mail inside the new message.

Mozilla Thunderbird: Select the spam mail(s), go to Message -> Forward As and click Attachment to send the mail as an attachment.

Note:

You can also forward false negatives to Cyberoam Support. To forward spam mails to Support, put the mail(s) into a zip folder and send it to support@cyberoam.com.
